Description

Improving cardiovascular efficiency and increasing strength/muscle mass is the first and second most important factor respectively in maintaining health longevity.  The goal of this program is to help improve participants’ inherent strength, endurance, and educate movement patterns and nutritional intake.  The program is split into three distinct phases, every phase prepares you for the next phase.

Course Content

Phase I: Building a FOUNDATION in the body, the idea is to fire up all the muscles in lower limb and getting your trunk strong

Phase II: Shift towards DEVELOPMENT in the body.  This is the phase where your body will start to learn new ways of creating force, making you more durable.

Phase III: This is when we create EFFICIENCY in our movement.  Most of the exercises will involve whole body movement to solidify everything we’ve learned in the past two phases.

Requirements

Suitable for people who sit for a long time in office/ people who are vulnerable to injury/ people who are troubled by lumbar vertebra pain.
